Jason Bargwanna will start alongside his Richards Team Motorsport teammate André Heimgartner having clinched pole ahead of today’s first race 
of the BNT V8s at Hampton Downs. Bargwanna recorded a time of 01:05.485. Nissan driver Nick Ross will start from third, alongside Jack Smith.
In Class Two, Brock Timperley scored pole with a 01:10.455 ahead of Chelsea Herbert and Liam MacDonald.
Class three invitational was topped by Tony Anderson. The class three field will start off the back off class one when racing commences this afternoon.
